It’s funny to think that when you add up all the time it takes to manage and schedule bookings over the phone and email, compared to a one-off cost that gives you a 24/7 booking assistant - the benefits for a business are incredible, both energetically and financially. Clients can now schedule times at their convenience, select appropriate packages that meet their requirements and pay for it all, without you having lift a finger or answer the phone.
Here is what we include when setting up your online booking system:
Set up of the Acuity software account and integration within your Squarespace website - it's all visible within the one login for you, and your clients can book directly from your website.
Set up of your package option within the Acuity platform. This would include the following packages listed on your website, allowing someone to purchase the package and then go on to book their appointments:
3 x one hour lessons
5 x one hour lessons
10 x one hour lessons
Test-Day package
Single one hour lesson
Copywriting and set up of 3 x emails within Mailchimp.
1 x 'Thank you for your purchase/booking confirmation' email.
2 x reminder / cancelation / rescheduling details, for example 48 hr reminder – “Don’t forget if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, do it now.” and a 24hr lesson reminder “looking forward to seeing you tomorrow”. These can be set to your specific timeframe requirements.
Set of your payment processing - allowing you to take payment for packages upfront and prior to any appointments being booked into your calendar. Please note: transaction fees apply to payments collected through your booking system.
Integration of Acuity with your chosen business calendar (Google or Outlook) to assist with managing your entire work schedule and bookings all in one place. This will also mean that you can sync any existing appointments on your calendar to block off times so clients can't book in for a time that's already taken in your calendar (for both personal or business related appointments).
1 x 30 minute Video call with Elle to explain how everything is set up, works and how you can go about managing it yourself moving forward.
Your investment to set this up would be $1250 +GST. That equals less than $3.50 a day for the year, to have a 24/7 booking assistant.
